The quality of water plays an important role in creating the right taste in specialty coffee. BWT water+more has been working closely with coffee professionals around the world for years, to find out what is vital for the coffee making. They develop water filters that, in addition to the usual limescale protection measures, also consider the sensory properties of the filtration to get the best aroma out of the coffee. This can be experienced at BWT water+more at the World of Coffee in Hall 1, Booth D41-43. Further information is available at: www.worldofcoffee.org/bwt-water-more
