SUSEGANA, Italy – Wega Macchine per Caffè partners with IFS Alpine Junior World Ski Championships which is being held in Val di Fassa from February 18 to 27, 2019. After their partnership at the 2013 Trentino Fiemme Nordic Sky World Championships, the Susegana company, a leader in the manufacturing of professional espresso coffee machines, confirms its vocation for providing quality coffee to the competition ski slopes at internationally important sporting events.
The Under-21 competitions, now in their 38th edition, promise to be full of excitement, owing to the presence of over 500 young skiers from 55 countries. An absolute record for this event that will have live TV coverage in Europe and not only.
Following an agreement with the Organising Committee, the Wega Coffee machines will therefore be the event’s official partner and stationed at various points. In the delightful Val di Fassa surroundings, Wega have two machines in the hospitality areas adjacent to the competition venues: at the Passo San Pellegrino’s La Volata slope and at the Pozza di Fassa’s Aloch slope. A third machine is serving the VIP area at the Aloch competition venue’s pavilion.
For this important occasion, two WegaConcept units will be in operation: a concentrate of innovation, aesthetics and practicality, with special attention being paid to energy saving thanks to the exclusive Green Line technology. Owing to their excellent performances, these machines allow the high work flows that will have to be dealt with at these Val di Fassa World Championships.
