Alongside Polar, Wega will also debut a new generation of grinders designed to enhance cup quality and streamline daily workflow.
At the heart of the exhibition is Polar, the new model engineered to redefine the modern barista experience. With a clean yet distinctive design, Polar features refined lines, premium materials, and meticulous attention to detail visible in every component: from the pressure gauge frame and ergonomic chrome steam levers to the illuminated rear logo and extensive customization options.
Available in 2- and 3-group versions, Polar includes an adjustable drip tray for maximum operational flexibility and generous clearance beneath the body to simplify cleaning. The integrated 3.5” touchscreen display allows intuitive and personalized control of all functions: boiler pressure adjustment, lighting and cup warmer intensity, energy saving programming, and management of the Autosteamer Plus with four customizable recipes for temperature and milk texture.
Thanks to its insulated boiler and the new Advanced Boiler technology, Polar delivers superior responsiveness, ensuring thermal stability and readiness even during peak service times.
And the innovation doesn’t stop there: with SmartGrind and Beans2Cloud next, Wega expands its offering with intelligent solutions designed to simplify the barista’s workflow and ensure consistent cup quality.
SmartGrind:
Polar, connected to the new brushless motor grinder J-83 SmartGrind, showcases automatic grind adjustment technology that ensures consistent extraction quality, reduces waste, and simplifies the barista’s tasks.
Beans2Cloud next:
Developed in collaboration with BIBE Coffee, the new LTE-based telemetry system provides a comprehensive overview of machine performance, enabling real-time monitoring and offering insights into extraction quality.
In addition to the groundbreaking Polar, Wega will also present Polaris PRO, a contemporary reinterpretation of one of the brand’s most iconic machines. The new version features a redesigned front panel with ergonomic buttons, a standard display, and a refreshed aesthetic.
Wega’s stand will also showcase the complete grinder range, tailored to meet the diverse needs of professional baristas.
