VENDITALIA 2015 – Tuttofood and Confida creating the new dimension of vending together

MILAN – Sustainability, reducing waste, information on proper conservation of food, food safety and ever greater distribution of food thanks to cutting-edge technologies, solidarity efforts and social progress.

These are the values to have inspired Venditalia 2015 Special Edition, the area that TUTTOFOOD 2015 is creating inside the show, which will be held in fieramilano from 3 May to 6 May 2015.

There will be an entire pavilion – no. 10 – dedicated to the vending industry, which is of great interest and seeing growing development.

This has been made possible thanks to the partnership with CONFIDA, Italian Vending Association.

Venditalia 2015 Special Editionwill bring the best of technologies and services for vending to TUTTOFOOD. And that’s not all.

To truly make this edition of Venditalia 2015 “Special,” there will be a specific Project Area with themed pathways where participating companies can show ideas, offerings and solutions in line with one of the main themes of EXPO 2015 – “Food and sustainability,” which is to be interpreted in its various applications: energy, innovation, nutrition and education.

Inside this section, which will feature a high-impact layout and will be at the very centre of Pavilion 10, will be the very heart and “engine” behind Venditalia. The Project Area will feature seven themed sections with educational installations, products, best practices and innovative projects.

Solutions and ideas will be presented having to do with access to food, food safety, consumer information, food education as well astechnologies for food sustainability and environmental sustainability andtechnologies dedicated to social issues.

Topics of great interest for the whole industry will be featured in the Project Area. These topics include food conservation, product labelling, projects for the fair trade market, the sharing of information about proper eating habits, reducing waste and the presentation of food solidarity projects.

This won’t just be an important opportunity for “edutainment” for all professionals in attendance who will be offered an alternative way of looking at well-known topics as in addition to brand new ones. It is also the ideal vehicle for bringing together representatives from all industries at TUTTOFOOD, many of whom are already or potentially interested in the solutions offered by the vending industry.

At TUTTOFOOD the following areas are to be represented – Dairy, Meats and Cured Meats, Confectionary with DolceItalia, Eating Out, the Frozen Foods industry, theSeafood industry, the Green industry and Mixed Products, with a very wide-ranging, international offering with 95% of the space meant for show use already reserved.

The proximity to Expo Milano 2015, which will be inaugurated just a few days before TUTTOFOOD in Fiera Milano and which will be mere steps away, will offer further opportunities for business synergies.

The appointment is set for 3 May to 6 May 2015 to discover new possible synergies with vending and other industries.
