Ultramar Caffè S.r.l. is a new Italian company which produces coffee in self-protected capsules compatible with Nespresso®* and compatible with Nescafè®* Dolce Gusto®* machines, as well as its own MUST® tea and coffee machines.
The company is new, but the dream of its founders rests on solid experience in the industry: a team of professionals who have honed their skills in the development of a special technology to obtain water with excellent properties, specific for tea and coffee machines.
The company mission is to independently obtain, in the whole production process, a high quality product, selecting solely suppliers with quality certifications.
Our strength is the production of encapsulated coffee within thermoformed materials made of PP-EVOH-PP for MUST® self-protected capsules compatible with Nespresso®* machines, that guarantee high oxygen and water vapour barrier properties and a shelf-life of 24 months.
This innovative material allows the elimination of the aluminium flow-pack with the consequent reduction of the packaging overall dimensions. Not to mention the advantage also on transport and a low environmental impact, thanks also to the material recyclability (aluminium, plastic, coffee).
An important innovation is the MUST® hermetic capsules compatible with Dolce Gusto®* machines, with a shelf-life of 18 months, thanks to a new system.
Our production is totally automated, from the degassing plants, to the capsule filling machines up to the automatic carton machines. Thanks to this efficiency, we are able to produce more than 600.000 capsules/day in a smart packaging, thereby reducing the volumes with the possibility to pack 42.000 capsules in one Europallet.
For those who need private labelled capsules, Ultramar Caffè S.r.l. can grind, encapsulate and pack coffee for Nespresso®* e Dolce Gusto®* compatible systems.
