Trieste Coffee Experts: the voice of the Italian Espresso specialists

TRIESTE, Italy – The third edition of Trieste Coffee Experts focussed on the theme Coffee/R/Evolution.

During the summit created by the Bazzara Brothers, which took place on 7th October 2017, three different perspectives were tackled: espresso, coffee shops and education.

The most important representatives of the Italian coffee industries were amongst the audience.

An important innovation was carried out during the event: all the speeches were live-streamed. An upgrade which answered the numerous requests received in the last few years and which, on the one hand, allowed the event to maintain its professional dimension and, on the other, makes the global promotion of high quality coffee more effective and compelling.

All the topics discussed met a positive response from the audience and the evening closed with the award “Trieste Coffee Experts – Coffee Person of the Year”, created by the Bazzara Brothers to celebrate all the people that with passion, determination and expertise have the skills to guide the whole Coffee sector and that which this year was assigned to Professor Luigi Odello by Franco Iacop, President of the Regional Council.One last solemn moment before continuing the evening with an amusing game of table football, where the Cimbali Group challenged Carpigiani. The table football wasn’t a random choice, in fact it represented the ones that will be shipped to the earthquake-affected areas of Central Italy: a small gesture of solidarity realised with the contribution of the sponsors of the event, in hope of lifting the spirit of the people involved.
