HAMBURG — The next Barista League event will be held on Saturday 19 March 2022 at Drilling in Hamburg, the go-to venue for all coffee lovers in the city. Once again, the competition for amateur baristas will be an occasion to celebrate with the Rancilio Specialty RS1 espresso machine taking centre stage, again as technical sponsor of the event. Three rounds of wild coffee-themed challenges, baristas and onlookers dancing to the music of MC Susie Kealy, good vibes, fun, improvisation and the best coffee beans in the city are the explosive ingredients that will make even the Hamburg stop unforgettable.

The names of the judges have already been announced: Janine De Laar, Themba Tshabalala, Agnieszka Kruk, Chris Balz and Vejlko Tatalovic. Everyone is invited, as always. It opens at 6 pm and the organisers say it should close between 10.30 pm and 11 pm.
