PARABIAGO, Milan – Rancilio returns once again this year as a key player in the new edition of the Trismoka Challenge, the talent show for tomorrow’s best baristas organised by the Trismoka roasting company. The finale will be on 20 May at the Auditorium Giorgio Gaber in Castel Mella, Brescia. The 12 competitors in the finale have been selected from students at seven hospitality schools and, to be judged a winner, each must prepare four espressos, four cappuccinos, and four custom espresso-based drinks in just 15 minutes.

They will face every challenge with the Rancilio Classe 20 SB espresso machine featuring Steady Brew, the most advanced Rancilio-patented technology for temperature control of single-boiler machines.

The Trismoka Challenge jury, composed of journalists, sector experts, and food bloggers, will assess technical skill, cleanliness, and precision, as well as coffee knowledge, the quality of the drinks presented, and each contestant’s professionalism.
