OMAHA, Neb., USA – Josi Orsi, senior manager of brand and creative strategy for Scooter’s Coffee, has been named one of QSR Magazine’s 2025 Young Restaurant Leaders to Watch. Orsi joined Scooter’s Coffee in 2014 as a marketing intern — back when the company only had 110 stores.
As the company has grown, she has also grown in her career, working shoulder-to-shoulder with franchisees, cross-functional teams, and leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Her nominators mentioned that “Orsi is known for her creative and purposeful approach to storytelling and seeks ways to engage communities and elevate the Scooter’s experience.”
The list of awardees features innovators under the age of 35 who are shaping the quick-service and fast-casual industry. Through a thoughtful, collaborative process, Scooter’s Coffee leadership nominated Orsi and four other young leaders in the company to recognize their amazing contributions.
“Josi Orsi has played a crucial role in the transformation of Scooter’s Coffee from a small regional coffee chain to a national player,” said Malorie Maddox, chief strategy officer for Scooter’s Coffee.
“Her marketing expertise, commitment to our brand and franchisees, embodiment of our core values, and strong leadership makes her the perfect young restaurant leader to receive this recognition.”
The following young leaders were also nominated by Scooter’s Coffee leadership for the honor:
Greg Huber, product marketing manager
Tyler Marpes, vice president of technology operations
Jesse Godfrey, director of real estate
Lacey Navarette, senior director of talent
