MAERNE DI MARTELLAGO, Italy – From May 17th to 20th at the NRA Show 2025, the brand Macap will present its new Supra line. Making its debut in Chicago, this generation of grinders is designed for high performance, ease of use, and outstanding reliability. At booth 7666 – North Building, visitors will discover the Supra 68 and Supra 83 models, as well as the professional MI40 PRO.
With Supra, Macap marks a major turning point: a new generation of grinders that are fast, durable, and always ready, designed to meet the real demands of high-volume environments.
Every detail has been crafted to maximize workflow efficiency, simplify user interaction, and ensure consistent results— even during peak times.
Available with 68mm and 83mm burrs, the new Supra grinders combine a modern, robust, and functional design with the latest technical solutions. The digital interface is intuitive and fully customizable, allowing seamless operation even by rotating staff.
Among the most significant innovations introduced with the Supra line are the FOS (Fast Opening System) and the CTS (Coffee Targeting System), both included as standard.
The FOS allows users to switch effortlessly from micro to macro grind settings and provides direct access to the burrs without the need for screws— a solution that simplifies cleaning and maintenance, significantly reduces downtime, and improves overall workflow continuity. The CTS is an adjustable dispensing system that precisely directs ground coffee to the center of the portafilter, automatically adapting to its shape and depth. The result is a more even distribution, greater dosing accuracy, and a consistently clean work area.
