Coffees: Benchmark Espresso and our latest Wild offering

Yallah Coffee

Sustainably focused coffee roasters. We only roast single origin coffees, from our barn in rural Cornwall. We direct source and visit our producers as much as possible, use compostable packaging (and a carbon neutral courier service), and provide an individual and personal service to help our customers get the most out of both our coffee and us.

We’re bringing an AA grade Indonesian coffee from Pedamaran Plantation, Sulawesi, Indonesia.

“Sulawesi has been leading the charge for specialty coffee in Indonesia for several years now. From this plantation we’ve come to expect clean, sweet and fruity coffees accompanied by a full-bodied herbal flavour that is much loved all over the world. For us, this one stood out from the crowd and we didn’t want you to miss it. If you like a heavy hit and complex acidity this is the one for you.”

Thomson’s Coffee

We are proud to be an independently-owned Scottish family business with a rich heritage. Quality and integrity are at the heart of everything we do, and we embrace our history but are not bound by it. With this in mind we have invested in state-of-the art roasting equipment that not only doubles our capacity, but also allows us to produce exceptional coffees of unrivalled quality and true provenance.

Hasbean

At Hasbean, we focus on flavours and relationships. We source the best coffees through producers we’ve built long-term relationships with: Good people committed to growing coffees demonstrating process, variety, farming skill and terroir. We offer a wide range, roasted to order each day, profiled to maximise their unique qualities.

Coffee: Bolivia Don Carlos Washed Caturra. This is a washed Caturra lot containing both red and yellow fruit, the cherries are left for 15 hours to allow the fruit to begin to break down before it goes through the mechanical washing process. In the cup, there’s a Mars Bar mix of chocolate, nougat and caramel which is finished off with soft yellow fruit – think tinned peaches.

Square Mile Coffee Roasters

Square Mile Coffee Roasters is a multi-award winning coffee roasting company based in East London. We are focused on wholesaling our coffee and to supply and support businesses that wish to serve the best coffee they can. We source, buy, import, roast and deliver the best coffee we can get a hold of, and we never stop asking ourselves how we can make it even better.

Grindsmith Coffee Roasters

Coffee is our craft, our ritual, our passion. It drives us and inspires us. Grindsmith aims to serve you the best coffee in Manchester. We believe in taste, sourcing the best beans in the city and using them to craft great tasting coffee. We want great coffee to be revered, yet democratic, approachable and accessible. We are Grindsmith, made in Manchester.
