Löfbergs strengthens Danish operations with Henrik Biilmann, new MD of coffee roastery Peter Larsen Kaffee

KARLSTAD, Sweden – Henrik Biilmann, 55, has been appointed new Managing Director of Danish coffee roastery Peter Larsen Kaffe, part of the Löfbergs Group. He will assume the role on 1 July 2025, succeeding Claus Bertelsen. Henrik’s mission is to further develop the company as a strong and sustainable coffee brand in Denmark.

Henrik Biilmann brings extensive leadership experience from the food industry, having held CEO and senior roles at companies such as Delika Food Group, Friland, and Arla Foods.

He has a solid commercial background and a proven track record in strategy, sales, and brand development.

Peter Larsen Kaffe has been part of the Löfbergs since 2002 and is one of Denmark’s best-known coffee brands. Under Claus Bertelsen’s leadership, the company has made significant progress in sustainability, innovation, and brand positioning. Henrik Biilmann will now build on this strong foundation.

Peter Larsen Kaffe is based in Viborg and employs around 60 people.

Löfbergs was founded in 1906 and is now one of the largest family-owned coffee roasteries in the Nordics. The company began exporting coffee in 1993 and today sells every second cup outside Sweden. Löfbergs has subsidiaries in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and the United Kingdom.
