NEW YORK, U.S. -KRUPS USA (www.KRUPSusa.com) announced today the fifth annual “KRUPS Best Brew Awards 2015.” The campaign, designed to discover the best coffee shops in America, features a public vote and call for entries on the KRUPS Facebook page (www.facebook.com/KRUPSusa) to uncover favorite local brews from New York to Los Angeles.
“We are looking forward to another year of friendly competition in the coffee community,” said Michele Lupton, Marketing Communications Director for Groupe SEB North America. “The KRUPS Best Brew Awards is not only a fun way for coffee fans to show support for their favorite coffee shops across the nation, we’ve seen that the contest acts as a heatmap and fans truly highlight the best of America’s coffee shops through their participation.”

Starting Tuesday, September 1, 2015, KRUPS will begin accepting votes for the “KRUPS Best Brew Awards 2015,” honoring the best coffee shops throughout New York City, Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago, Boston, Philadelphia, Dallas, San Francisco, Atlanta, Washington, D.C., Seattle and Portland; and this year, KRUPS is excited to welcome Denver, CO to the competition.
Participants can vote for one of five local shops in each city on the KRUPS USA Facebook page (www.facebook.com/KrupsUSA.) Nominees are comprised of last year’s winners, overall top picks and the newest, most noteworthy coffee shops in each market. Fans are also given the opportunity to “write in” a vote for a favorite coffee shop that may not appear on the list.
Last year’s winners included: Stumptown Coffee Roasters in New York, NY; De Cafe Baristas in Los Angeles, CA; Eternity Coffee Roasters in Miami, FL; Metropolis Coffee Co. in Chicago, IL; Diesel Coffee in Boston, MA; Old City Cafe in Philadelphia, PA; White Rock Coffee in Dallas, TX; Jane in San Francisco, CA; Octane Coffee in Atlanta, GA; Ebenezers Coffeehouse in Washington, D.C.; Cherry Street Coffee House in Seattle, WA; and Water Avenue Coffee Company in Portland, OR.
Voting for the “KRUPS Best Brew Awards 2015” will be open from Tuesday, September 1, 2015 through Tuesday, September 29, 2015. Winners will be announced the week of Tuesday, September 29, 2015.
