CHARLOTTE, N.C., US – Krispy Kreme, Inc. today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 29,411,765 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $17.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on July 1, 2021, under the ticker symbol “DNUT” and the offering is expected to close on July 6, 2021, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
In addition, the underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 4,411,764 shares of its common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts, and commissions.
