Jde buys Brazilian firm Café Seleto

MILAN – Brazil’s Administrative Council for Economic Defense gave Monday the green light for the purchase of the Brazilian coffee firm Café Seleto by Dutch-based JDE (Jacobs Douwe Egberts) the world’s leading “pure play” coffee company formed from the merger of DE Master Blenders and Mondelez International.
