GRAND DUCHY OF LUXEMBOURG – IVS Group informs that in the context of the financial closing of the acquisition of SDA 2000, already announced on November 23rd, 2018, has transferred to the sellers n. 234,206 IVS Group treasury shares at a price of Euro 12.50 per share, for a total amount of around Euro 2.9 million.
The block trading has been made through the depository banks of Mediobanca group and Banco BPM group.
Change in Corporate Calendar
IVS Group also informs that the board of directors convened on March 29th, 2019 for the discussion and approval of various matters, including the Annual Report 2018, has been anticipated at March 19th, 2019.
