OCCHIOBELLO, Italy – IMF Roasters strengthens its global presence by taking part in Gulfood Manufacturing 2025, the leading event for the food and coffee industry in the Middle East, taking place at the Dubai World Trade Centre from November 5 to 7, at booth S3-C83, Shk Saeed Hall 3.
The Italian company, specialized in the design and construction of complete coffee roasting plants, will showcase the latest innovations developed by its Research and Development department, with a focus on energy efficiency, digitalization, and sustainability.
In recent years, IMF has consolidated its position in international markets, achieving 25% growth in turnover in 2024 and opening new commercial routes across Asia and the Middle East.
“Our strength lies in the ability to adapt IMF technology to different production needs, offering customized and scalable solutions, from small artisan roasteries to large industrial plants” says Alessandro Garbin, CEO of IMF.
All IMF models are equipped with an exclusive clean-air recirculation system, which combines thermal efficiency with environmental responsibility. The dual-function combustion chamber generates the energy required for the roasting process while drastically reducing emissions and fuel consumption, resulting in significant energy savings and lower production costs.
Accurate control of roasting profiles and operational parameters is ensured by IMF’s integrated software, available across all product lines, from high-capacity industrial systems to specialty coffee roasters.
IMF’s attendance at Gulfood Manufacturing confirms its ongoing commitment to promoting Italian technology worldwide, through a steady presence at major international trade shows and a solid network of partnerships with roasters on every continent.
Visitors are invited to discover IMF’s latest innovations and meet the technical and commercial team at
