MILAN — Gimoka is taking part at this year’s TriestEspresso Expo, from October 25th to 27th, 2018 – Pavilion 28, Stand 21-12 – with a a wide range of “all-in-one” solutions for a unique coffee experience.

GM1 is an ergonomic, flexible “all-in-one” solution for brewing a wide range of high-quality drinks.

GM1 operates simultaneously with various single-portion systems and is an excellent solution for the professional market, also because it allows users to fully control its operation.

GM 1 all-in-one.  One machine, countless drinks

Thanks to two different capsule holders that use different brewing technologies, a countless number of drinks can be made:

  • Espresso, americano (American Coffee) (espresso with more added water), caffè turco (Turkish Coffee) and countless soluble drinks with Dolce Gusto* compatible capsules. Full-bodied and strong drinks, topped with crema, that need a high water pressure.
  • Infusions, herbal teas and drip coffee: with K-cup* capsules it is possible to make various drinks, which are extracted at low pressure and brewed on a step-by-step basis, respecting the typical preparation times and methodologies of leaf teas. The result is a long, rich, flavoursome, aroma-rich and vibrantly coloured drink, in various cup sizes.

GM1 activates the most suitable extraction process. In fact, each drink can be customised in terms of dosage, temperature, pressure and brewing cycle to maximise the drink that is delivered in the cup.

Moreover, GM1 allows extractions at room temperature (for cold soluble products).

Finally, always with an eye to quality in the cup, the GM 1 system avoids cross-contamination between subsequent drinks.

Not only Quality, A Wide Range of Products and Flexibility, but also… the possibility of adapting the drinks menu over time to be more in line with new drinking trends in modern cafès.

Management and control of the dispensed beverages

The software allows the management of the dispensed beverages to ensure full control of the GM1, which is installed on-site, to protect the investment made by the cafè manager, who can easily and safely reload the machine through its USB port. The reloading is scheduled via software on a PC, which is available to the operational centre, and is tailored for each cafè manager.
