MILAN, Italy – From the bean to the cup. That’s the journey that coffee – the second most exchanged product after oil – has been making for five centuries across the planet.
That same journey is represented every two years during HostMilano, the five-day event that will take place from 18 to 22 October 2019 at FieraMilano (Rho).
A unique chance to learn more about this multifaceted product in an international setting.
The green bean with all its specialties, Italy’s long-lasting blend tradition, state-of-the-art coffee machines and grinders, between Internet of Things and environmental-friendly needs, and the best players will enliven the long-standing Sic, the core of the event.
The coffee aroma will also reach other Host areas: from bars and caterers – with bartenders and chefs who will prepare unique and creative recipes using this special ingredient – to ice-cream makers and pastry chefs, who have always had a special relationship with the drink extracted from the Coffea. To end with contract furniture and tableware.
