New labels and exclusive coffee

One of the highlights of Expocacer’s showcase at the fair will be the launch of new labels and product lines, offering a diverse selection designed to satisfy the most sophisticated palates:

  • Origin: A classic representation of the Cerrado Mineiro region, with chocolate notes.
  • Fruit Origin : Fruity notes, perfect for those who appreciate vibrant acidity.
  • Floral Origin : Floral notes that evoke softness and delicacy.
  • Decaf Origin : A decaffeinated option for those who want to enjoy coffee without the caffeine.
  • One: Single-origin coffee from specific farms, with complete traceability. Each lot includes detailed information on variety, processes, sensory notes, and more.
  • Plot: Exclusive, differentiated lots, including coffee destined for auctions, featuring innovative processes like anaerobic fermentation and infused coffee. Traceability is the key, highlighting the authenticity of each bean.
  • Impact: Coffee that has a positive impact, sourced from the cooperative’s socio-environmental and ESG projects like Regenerative Farming, Carbon On Track, Elas no Café, FairTrade/APCER, and Expocacer Teens.
“This new coffee offering underscores Expocacer’s commitment to its cooperative members and the sustainability of coffee production in the region, blending innovation with social and environmental responsibility,” said Simão Pedro de Lima, CEO of Expocacer.
