Only one destination, two travel programs for coffee explorers. The Florentine association Umami Area launches a Honduras special edition, dedicated to professionals and coffee lovers. The first round of trainings at he origins will begin on the 30th of November 2016.
Participants will be guided through 14-day formation, with a syllabus comprehending theory and practice right in the coffee plantations. Similarly, the experience will be repeated at the beginning of 2017, from the 21st of January, to the 4th of February.
