At the London Coffee Festival 2025

Cimbali Group launches its international spring showcase today at London Coffee Festival 2025, one of Europe’s leading events for specialty coffee professionals and enthusiasts. Set in the heart of East London’s creative district, the festival brings together roasters, operators, baristas, and brands from across the UK and beyond. The Group is showcasing the full strength of its portfolio, LaCimbali, Faema, Slayer, and Casadio, across two key booths at the Truman Brewery.

At Booth HP29, Casadio is introducing the Ermes Dual, a next-generation grinder making its official European debut at the show. Built around 75mm vertical flat burrs, the Ermes Dual allows effortless switching between single-shot and on-demand grinding, offering ultimate flexibility for baristas navigating espresso and filter workflows. With its intuitive colour touchscreen, programmable recipes, low retention design, and high-speed performance, the grinder is designed to meet the needs of both specialty coffee shops and high-volume hospitality venues.

Sharing the same booth, LaCimbali is highlighting the evolving world of automated coffee service with its S15 and S20 models. These fully automatic machines are tailored to the growing office coffee service (OCS) and hotel segments, offering compact designs, TurboMilk technology, and user-friendly interfaces, ideal for delivering consistent, high-quality coffee where speed and reliability are essential.

Slayer completes the Booth HP29 presentation with its design-led portfolio, including the Slayer Espresso, Slayer Steam LP, and Slayer Single. Known for their unmatched control over pre-infusion, flow rate, and temperature, Slayer machines continue to inspire the UK’s independent cafés and specialty professionals to push the boundaries of flavour and craftsmanship.

Over at Booth G49, Faema is celebrating a landmark moment, its 80th anniversary, with a bold new visual identity and specially rebranded stand. The space features a fresh colour palette and striking new design language, reflecting a refreshed creative direction for the brand. To mark the occasion, Faema is premiering “I’m a Barista”, an engaging video debuting simultaneously here in London and at World of Coffee Jakarta. The short film celebrates Faema’s enduring relationship with baristas around the world, highlighting how the brand enables them to fully express their creativity and professional skill. The concept is encapsulated in Faema’s new manifesto: “Be Creative, Be Passionate, Be Faema.”

At the G49 stand, Faema is presenting its top-tier professional machines, the E71E and President GTi, celebrated for their independent group control, thermal precision, and elegant Italian design. Throughout the festival, a rotating lineup of guest roasters including Cast Iron Coffee Roasters, Story Coffee, and Horsham Coffee Roaster will bring added flavour and energy to the booth, offering visitors the chance to taste exceptional brews and connect with the stories behind the beans.

Louise Felton, Regional Director UK & Ireland of Cimbali Group, commented: “The UK remains one of the most creative and demanding coffee markets in the world. Ermes Dual was designed with this in mind: it’s a grinder that empowers baristas, delivers consistency, and fits effortlessly into any setting, from offices to high-end coffee shops.”

At the NRA Show 2025

In Chicago, Cimbali Group is returning to the NRA Show 2025, North America’s largest hospitality trade event, with a unified presence that will bring LaCimbali, Faema, and Casadio together under Booth 1868.

The North American debut of the Ermes Dual will offer HoReCa operators and distributors demonstrations that will emphasise ease of use, recipe programming, and low retention, key features for restaurant, hotel, and café operators balancing speed and quality.

LaCimbali will showcase a complete lineup, M40, M200, S20, and S30, highlighting features such as TurboMilk and PGS (Perfect Grinding System), with energy-saving modes and intuitive touch interfaces. The machines will be presented with curated content to demonstrate fast-paced coffee workflows in environments ranging from breakfast buffets to corporate lounges.

Faema’s elegant machines, including the President GTi and E71E, will deliver a message of Italian craftsmanship, reliability, and barista performance. To celebrate Faema’s 80th anniversary, the booth will include a visual storytelling zone exploring the brand’s legacy in the American market.

Gabriel Manresa, CEO North America of Cimbali Group, added: “American operators are looking for high-performance, low-touch equipment that scales. The Ermes Dual meets those needs while offering barista-level control. It’s a grinder for today’s coffee landscape, smart, adaptable, and reliable.”

At World of Coffee Jakarta 2025

World of Coffee Jakarta marks Cimbali Group’s largest-ever presence in Asia, with all four brands represented across multiple booths and demo spaces. Casadio’s Ermes Dual officially debuts on the Grinder Bench, with baristas, trainers, and roasters putting it through its paces in side-by-side comparisons with legacy grinders and during brew bar activations.

Thanks to its dual-mode system, programmable grind settings, and ergonomic operation, the Ermes Dual proves especially appealing to mid/high-volume cafés and operators embracing filter service alongside traditional espresso.

At Booth CE301, LaCimbali will display the M40, M200, and S20, with the latter serving as the official machine sponsor for the Indonesia Latte Art Championship (ILAC25). Daily brew sessions will feature roasters from Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines, including Teryco, Coffex, Blu Coffee, and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Global.

Faema, located at the same stand, will bring its renewed brand identity to life with a short and impactful video, and a full lineup of anniversary-edition machines. Guest roasters including Santino, Kopi Nako, and Fore contributed to daily takeovers.

Over at Booth PL105, Slayer will showcase the Steam LP, Steam Single, and Slayer Espresso, providing speciality coffee professionals with maximum extraction control, flavour profiling, and pressure modulation. Roasters from across Australia and Indonesia, including Toby’s Estate, Padre Coffee, and Espresso Embassy, led daily tastings.

Millie Chan, Regional Director Asia & Pacific of Cimbali Group, added: “Asia is at the forefront of coffee experimentation, and Jakarta proved that once again. With Ermes Dual, we’re giving professionals the tools they need to push quality and consistency, whether they’re brewing for a queue of commuters or crafting a signature filter.”
