TOKYO – CAFERES JAPAN, held at Tokyo Big Sight, is the largest specialized exhibition in Japan dedicated to the café industry. This event aims to promote coffee culture and improve people’s quality of life through food and beverages and it will be held from July 16 to 18.
The exhibition collaborates with organizations in the coffee, tea, bakery, and sweets industries, expanding its scale annually.
The objectives of CAFERES JAPAN are:
- To create inviting spaces where people can gather, making cafes more accessible.
- To enhance daily satisfaction with delicious and healthy café menus.
- To support new entrants in establishing cafes in various locations.
The annual exhibition features more than 600 food and dining industry companies fostering industry growth and expanding its reach.
CAFERES JAPAN provided opportunities for negotiations with up to 45.000 visitors.
The exhibition draws more than 2000 participants to seminars and events led by industry experts in areas such as cafes, bakeries, restaurants, and takeouts.
