The latest addition to the range is a reverse osmosis system by the name of “BWT bestaqua ROC Coffee”, which is currently the only one with sensory optimisation powered by BWT magnesium technology. The compact system is designed for high water volumes – it can process up to 120 litres of water per hour. The first optimisation stage involves reducing the overall salt content of the raw water in a targeted and individually adjustable manner to the optimum level for hot drinks and then removing any unwanted particles, smells and flavours.
The second step involves replacing calcium, which is responsible for limescale, with magnesium.
