TRIESTE, Italy – A great success for the Bazzara Youtube channel which has reached 11.100 subscriptions, both of experts and coffee lovers, and more than 4 million views from all over the world. The company is such a great leader in the divulgation of coffee culture that it wrote five books connected to this topic and two of them, “Coffee Production System” and “Coffee Tasting”, are being reprinted with important updates.

The Bazzara Youtube channel

Bazzara continues to give a great importance to communication through its social media channels and its videos on the Youtube channel with the aim of divulgating coffee culture in all its forms.

DVG De Vecchi

Thanks to this passion passed on from Dionisio, forefather of the Bazzara family, the two brother Mauro and Franco, and now the latter’s sons Andrea and Marco, have created also the Bazzara Academy (of which Marco is now the director), which has applicants from all over the world, from Paris to Moscow, from Toronto to Jeddah.

To complete this wide range of divulgation channels, the digital world could not be absent: it is nowadays fundamental since we are living in a more and more technological world, something that the company has always cared about.

Youtube has always been one of the major instruments used by the Trieste company, forerunner in the video marketing. In the company channel, it is possible to find more than 600 videos (641 to be precise).

The network

Among them there are many series connected to the several different aspects of the coffee production system and realised in collaboration with renowned personalities of the field, such as the ones concerning the green coffee analysis, the latte art techniques (in the series designed in collaboration with the expert Andrea Antonelli), or even the series dedicated to Master Barista (in collaboration with Andrea Lattuada).

The videos published by Bazzara represent the DNA of the company that boasts a wider and more heterogeneous audience: more people watch the videos thanks to the curious, interesting, and involving topics.

Another objective is to highlight the network of companies and friends that Bazzara has been able to create over the last years: in the Youtube channel the partner companies have, indeed, the space to talk about their expertise and their new projects; everyone contributes based on the experience and knowledge.

Among the different collaborations, we can name, for example, the one with Dalla Corte to present the typical techniques of the last machine installed in the Academy. There are also several contributions realised to give voice also to the other stakeholders: Bazzara supports many Italian companies in the divulgation in the world of coffee, for example, the collection “Coffee Icons” of 2017 and the speeches of the Trieste Coffee Experts 2021 (sustainability, coffee growing, ground coffee granulometry and the 5L of the Italian cappuccino).

There are also technical contents for professionals with a series of videos “how to”, Mater Barista Brewing and Master Roasters realised in collaboration with CoffeExperts. Last but not least the series for coffee lovers who are approaching the world of coffee, such as the Moka Masterclass, realised in collaboration with CoffeExperts and the nice video-recipes that show step by step how to realise real delicacies.
