Bazzara Experience: a web-series opens the doors to the Bazzara Academy

TRIESTE, Italy – The Bazzara Academy does not go on vacation. On the contrary, it enriches its website by activating the web-series “Bazzara Experience” and maintains a full training offer, giving everyone the opportunity to increase their knowledge about coffee even in the summer months.

Registration for the professional training courses designed by Marco and Mauro Bazzara is therefore open: Green and roasting; Coffeeworld & Cuptasting; Espresso and cappuccino; Coffee in Ho.Re.Ca – short courses created by the Bazzara Academy are offered in the second week of August and the last week of September.

Ideal training days for those who have not enriched their basic know-how and would like to be able to orient themselves and pursue in their preferred specialization.

The quality of the courses, locale and technologies at the Bazzara Academy are certified by the qualification of Premier Training Campus by the SCA – Specialty Coffee Association- an organization that certifies, at an international level, the quality standards in terms of training in the world of coffee. In addition, the recent entry into the network of schools accredited by IIAC – the International Institute of Coffee Tasters.

Furthermore, by visiting the Bazzara website (, it is now possible to preview the quality and what can be expected from a Bazzara Academy course by watching the videos that make up the “Bazzara Experience” series: a web-series that, through the words of baristas, roasters, raw foodists and managers who have followed the training paths of the Triestine Academy, communicate not only what coffee represents to them, but also the methodology and ethics of each course hour.
