TREVISO, Italy – Astoria is gearing up to impress at HostMilano 2025 with a full preview of its vision for the future of professional espresso. Taking centre stage is the AB200 range, which is now broader and more versatile than ever, offering 1-group, 2 groups and 3 groups versions, as well as the compact and the capsule models. Designed to combine high performance, compact dimensions, smart functionality and a refined design, the AB200 can adapt to any environment.
The AB200 has been designed to make life easier for baristas and deliver the best possible coffee.
Its strengths include the Advanced Boiler, featuring a smart boiler loading and heating system, and the possibility to adjust the boiler temperature, ensuring superior performance and total extraction control.
For those who want even more advanced support with milk management, the Autosteamer Plus is available as an optional extra: an automatic frothing system with maximum flexibility in temperature and froth level adjustment.
The height-adjustable tray, compact dimensions and ergonomic design make the machine even more practical to use, offering wide operating space under the machine and ensuring quick and easy cleaning.
Astoria will also be showcasing its full range of professional grinders, catering for different volumes and workflows. Alongside reliable models such as the ASI40 PRO and ASI40 Touch, HostMilano 2025 will spotlight two major new releases: the ASI68, which is designed for speed and precision, and the premium ASI83, which is engineered for maximum productivity and long-term consistency.
The innovation doesn’t stop there: Astoria’s stand will showcase cutting-edge connectivity and automation. Visitors will be able to explore Beans2Cloud Next, an advanced LTE telemetry platform (mobile technology) developed in collaboration with BIBE Coffee.
It provides a global overview of machine operation, performance monitoring, and an indicator of brewing quality and consistency. Another spot will highlight the potential of SmartGrind, the intelligent communication and adjustment technology between the machine and the coffee grinder.
Visitors will have the opportunity to see the ASI83 SmartGrind in action, a cutting-edge grinder-doser equipped with a high-efficiency brushless motor. When paired with the AB200, it automatically adjusts the grind settings to achieve maximum extraction quality for every barista, with reduced waste and maximum repeatability.
